This service records what a payment rail reports back after money has moved,
as new tamper-evident evidence. It is an API surface; there is nothing to click.
Computed-net ≠ executed-settlement. The ledger computes what is owed.
The rail moves the money. What the rail says becomes a new attested record —
never a correction of the one that came before it.
